They are on the other side of the runway, so you'll need to clear out some of the soldiers shooting at you, then run across. A cutscene will play out and after, you'll need to run to an AA gun. Do so, plant the bomb on the wing, then exit the hanger. On the far side of it is a window you can climb in. Make your way to the airfield, and once there, go to the hanger. The only downside to this is that the enemies can sound an alarm to call in reinforcements, which calls in a truck of 4-6 soldiers. You can run in guns blazing and will encounter little resistance.
